Terms of sale

These terms cover tickets and merchandise bought from Droop Canvas, Kampala, Uganda. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

Tickets

Each ticket lets one person in once. Its QR code is checked at the door, and the first scan is the one that counts.
Keep your QR code to yourself. Anyone holding a copy can use it before you do.
You can send tickets to friends. If you take a ticket back, its old QR code and link stop working and a new one is issued.
Each event’s own rules, such as age limits and re-entry, are shown on its page and apply to every ticket for it.

Prices are in Ugandan shillings and include the fees shown before you pay.
You can pay by mobile money (MTN or Airtel) or by card. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number or mobile money PIN.
Your order is confirmed only once the payment is approved. Unpaid orders lapse after a short time and any tickets held for them are released.
If a price is shown wrongly or an order looks fraudulent, we may cancel it and refund what was paid in full.

Each event’s refund rules are shown on its page and in your tickets email.
If we cancel an event, we refund every ticket in full to the way it was paid.
If we move an event to a new date, your tickets are valid for the new date. If you can’t make it, you can ask for a refund.
If merchandise arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it.

Items are delivered or collected as you choose at checkout. Delivery fees are shown before you pay.
Colours can look slightly different on screen from the real piece.

Please follow the team’s directions. We may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave, for unsafe or abusive behaviour, without a refund.
Events may be photographed and filmed for Droop Canvas’s own pages and channels.

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Orders are kept as our records require.

Payments on sandbox.droopcanvas.com are real but at test prices, and orders there are not fulfilled. It is used by the team to check that everything works.
